I am very concerned I will be caught for plagiarism as a part of my code is inspired from a youtube tutorial and the guy posted this code to github. Should I credit this in my nea.

I am very concerned I will be caught for plagiarism as the majority of my code is taken from a youtube tutorial and the guy posted this code to github. I have changed variable names and added comments but I am still very worried, any help please?

You can’t really plagiarize code unless it’s very well-known, widely used, and your teacher is familiar with it. If your teacher knows your coding style and skill level, they’ll be able to tell if something doesn’t match. Otherwise, it’s unlikely anything will happen.
