Hi there!
I'm a current third-year at York St. John, I study psychology so I don't know too much about film studies! However, I enjoy being at YSJ, it's a close-knit community in an amazing city. The class sizes are really small, and that means you get to know everyone well, including your lecturers (I genuinely could name my lecturer's dogs🤣). There's always something to do in the city, this is my third year here and I've only managed to explore 2/3 of the shops/restaurants/places in the city centre!
The support services and academic services are great too. To name a few, we've got technical support teams (great for using new software), a dedicated well-being and disability practitioner team, and Blue the therapy dog!
If there's anything specific you want to know about YSJ, please let us know! You can reply here, post on the YSJ TSR page, or message us! We'll do our best to help🤗
