AI detector and personal statement

I'm really concerned and unsure of what to do. So, for some context, I've basically completed my personal statement and decided to run it through AI detectors out of curiosity. What's confusing me is that some AI detectors will claim that 80-90% of my personal statement is AI, while others will say 0%. What do i do?

You don't run it through an AI detector in the first place. You've just proven how rubbish they are.

Did you use AI to generate any of your personal statement? If not, you're fine. If you did, re-write those bits as using AI is cheating. It's that simple.
