Urgent returning after suspending studies

Hi,

Can someone please advise- I enrolled at University Sept 2024. my employer was being very difficult with approving my work hours to attend. After weeks/months of chasing up i finally got it approved. I was liaising with my University throughout. They advised to take a break and rejoin Janu 2025. They said i have to complete a return to study form on 20/12/24. Ready for 2nd semester. I was due to receive my payment 13/1/25. Will i receive this payment for then. They said 16 working days to process wants they receives the CoC from the Uni so will i get it in time. Please can someone advise.

Thank you

Hi there. Have you received any payments so far? Did you send a change of circumstances to change the intake or did you start in September and then suspend? Thanks, Leah.

We would need the university to send us a resumption notification and we would release any payment due to you once this is processed. It's around 16 working days to process this once we receive it from the university. Thanks, Leah.

I’m just worried as this will have to be processed over the Christmas period. My account was saying 13th Jan 2025 now it’s disappeared of my account

Hi there. We can only give estimated timescales, have the university confirmed they have sent this to us? Thanks, Leah.
