How likely am I to get caught for using Chat GPT to solve an entire assignment?

I am a single mother in university studying Computing Science degree in the UK. Between caring for my daughter, working a part time job and other assignments I had in from university, I ended up prompt engineering an entire assignment. It works perfectly and I changed the variable names, comments and a tiny amount of the logic. However, I feel very guilty for doing so, but I cannot do anything now that it has been submitted. I honestly wish I found the time to just sit down and do it myself - I am sure it would have been easier too. I spent an entire week carefully guiding GPT down the correct avenues using the assignment documentation, skeleton code, examples of bugs with screenshots and text, to get working code for my assignment. How likely am I to get caught?
