Uni of nottingham - Psychology

Hi, anyone doing the psychology undergraduate degree at university of nottingham, I’m trying to make a decision on my firm choice. I have a key interest in mental health/clinical psychology but when i look at the course modules on UoN website there’s literally only 1 module allowing insight into mental health… is there anymore modules on mental health that just aren’t as obvious? Any other advice please or any additional information I should know would be amazing to know. Thanksss

Hello @Eviednmfs,

Congratulations on your offer!

In this case, you may make an enquiry through the following link in order to obtain an answer by a member of staff: Enquiry Form. Besides, the university has a tool that allows students to look into the contents of the different modules run by each School: Curriculum Catalogue

If you select "2024 Academic Year" in the "Academic Year" tab, and you choose the School of Psychology, you may see all the modules run by them, including optional modules. This couls be a way of potentially see which of those modules relate to mental health/clinical psychology.

To summarise, the steps to do that once you click on the link are:
Modules > UK Module Catalogue > 2024 Academic Year > School of Psychology > Search.

If you encounter any issues, please let us know 🙂.

I hope it helps!
Abian.
