tuition fees on offer letter are £7k higher than the fees listed on the website?????
hey guys! i applied to southampton's particle physics mphys course. i live and study here but due to unavoidable circumstances i have to pay overseas fees for uni.
the fees listed on southampton's website were £22 760 for the course, currently and when i was researching physics courses. however, in their offer letter, they stated that tuition fees would be £29 400!!!??
really lost. sent their admissions team and email and reached out to their ambassadors on unibuddy. southampton was one of my top choices and im gutted because if these fees werent some sort of error i wont be able to attend. :-(

That’s the fee for 2025 entry. You might have been looking at old information or a different course

I’m so sorry to hear about the difficulties that are coming with international student fees. It is amazing that you are considering studying here! Have you looked into financial support such as scholarships? Sometimes they are available based on merit or other criteria.
