Asking for help with uni and sixth form

I am currently a year 13 at sixth form, I am studying applied science which is a btech, psychology which is an a level, and a level maths as well as the EPQ.

My grades for maths have been terrible, I’ve been getting Us constantly and am trying to decide if I should do a level or as. My teachers are recommending I do AS because they say most students who are getting Us at this point have an outcome of getting U on the actual a level exam. I want to go to university to pursue radiography however if I drop to an AS then I will have an AS, an a level, a btech and also an EPQ but most unis require three alevels. Could anyone help guide me a bit? Thank you.
is there any possibility of adjusting your BTEC to a larger qualification so it's worth 1 and a half or 2 A levels instead of one?

No it isn’t possible, they’re thinking of removing it for the years after us as well

The government announced yesterday that a large number of BTECs will continue to be funded into 2025
