A mug, a knitted scarf,christmas themed tat, chocolate, some kind of board game...
A glass of honey or a bag of sweet almonds, self-made socks or gloves. I have no better ideas.

A hat can still be tat! Themed hats are always fun. Last year I bought my boss a terrifying wine stopper in the shape of a man's head. I found it in a charity shop and it looked haunted. It was a great conversation piece 🤣
