Hi Tommy!

Surds can definitely be tricky at first, but with the right resources, they’ll start making more sense. Here are a few links and resources that can help you master them:

Video Tutorials

1.

Khan Academy: Look up Simplifying Surds on Khan Academy. This site offers step-by-step video lessons that break down complex topics like surds into manageable chunks.

2.

Corbettmaths: Look up Surds Videos and Practice Questions Corbettmaths provides clear explanations and examples, plus practice worksheets and solutions.

Practice Resources

1.

Maths Made Easy: Surds Practice Questions and Worksheets A great collection of questions to help you practice simplifying, adding, and multiplying surds.

2.

BBC Bitesize: Surds Overview and Practice This site provides explanations, worked examples, and quick quizzes to test your understanding.

Interactive Tools

1.

Desmos: Graphing Calculator While it’s not specifically for surds, Desmos can help you visualize and understand mathematical concepts in general.

If you’re stuck on a specific question, feel free to share it here—I’d be happy to help explain! Best of luck with your studies!
