Can I still do Medicine/Dentistry with these options?

I do Maths Economics and Chemistry and am thinking to do one of those fields possibly
Yes, you should have options in both these fields with your subject combination.
Look at uni entry requirements to see which courses your combination would qualify you for (assuming you could get the grades, meet the ucat score, do enough extracurriculars to be competitive etc depending on what they ask for).

For some medical schools you’ll be fine as you have chemistry, for dentistry I’m not sure but some dental schools e.g Manchester do foundation years where if you don’t have Bio and chem you can complete this year then go onto the 5 yr course
