Lol, I don't blame you for asking that question... as with everything, the French have made kissing far more complicated than it really needs to be... or as our French cousins might say "Est ce que comment je peux fais la bise?"
Well when I greet my girl-mates, it's normally with a single kiss on the right cheek, but I only ever do that on social occasions, normally in the evenings. IMHO, it's not appropriate to do it during the day to people like work colleagues... and a conventional handshake, "Hi-5" or fist-bump doesn't seem right with a truly classy lady lol.
Still, the French do it in all sorts of ways, you go some parts, it's as I described; other parts, it's a kiss on both cheeks, other's it's three kisses (e.g. right cheek, then left cheek, then right again), Others it's just an air kiss (i.e. you don't actually make any physical contact at all). Also, the French can be very formal (and anal) about this (indeed, Duolingo have an entire Podcast dedicated to this very subject) ... so if you're in France, it's probably best to look how the locals do it, and copy them. If you're in UK, what I do (single kiss on the right cheek) should be fine for most occasions.
Also, make sure your lips are dry. The last thing you want is to witness them wiping off some of your spent saliva, as it just kills the moment.

Most of these replies make me feel like they have good intentions but in practice aren't that helpful.
There are lots of "How to Kiss" videos/guides/tutorials but I don't think they're useful because it takes experience.
Everyone's first kiss is awkward. Just accept that yours will be too. The important thing is to just go for it and see what happens.

I think when you see the right person that you love you won't need to take tutorials on how to kiss.
Just let nature take it course.
