Can I do anything?

I went out last night with my future housemates and current flatmate.

One of the future flatmates asked to kiss me and I said I would but the others would be mad, she then said we could go outside so the others don’t see and I still said no. She was fine about it and it didn’t seem too awkward but we were all supposed to go out tonight for my current flatmates birthday and we ended up not going due to being too hungover so decided we’ll do the party tomorrow instead. Anyway, we heard nothing all day from the others - I wasn’t rude to the girl I turned down but I get the feeling it all feels awkward now especially as I told the others what happened bc I felt they should as we’re going to be living together. My current flatmate is mad at the other girl for trying it on. I don’t really care about the kiss thing but I’m more worried about seeming mean and the others hating me. Plus i was a bit of a **** for the rest of the night and feel embarrassed…

Is there anything else I can say/ do or just let it all blow over?

If you wanted it to blow over you shouldn't have been gossiping to others for the sake of drama.

Let’s the dust settle awhile, be nice to all concerned and it will blow over

If someone you were going to live with indiscretely embarrassed you like this how quick would you let it go?
