My name is (your name) and I'm a Year 12/13 student at ( put your school here) aspiring to become a ( put what u want to do here like ur career). I was researching work experience placements and found the(put area u want to work like a lab/nursery). I believe having work experience would help me gain a significant amount of knowledge within the field. I was emailing you about whether this would be something you could help me with. I understand the complications of having an unqualified student within the workplace, but anything you could possibly offer would be greatly appreciated.

-who you are (year 12/13 or age student at what college you go to)
-why you're emailing (do you have any work experience here)
-your aspirations (e.g. i am hoping to study whatever at uni and pursue a career in whatever)
-if you need work experience at a specific time include this (i am looking for work experience for this week)
-why you want work experience at this company (doesn't have to be long) and how it would benefit you from being here
-if you attach your cv say that you have (this looks professional so might be a good idea but not necessary)
-thanks for taking the time to read this email, i look forward to your response
-your full name
keep it formal and don't waffle too much

Hi, It is important you create a CV with all your exposure and any volunteering you have done so far. Also include any clubs or associations you have been and any positions held. Please include your aspirations and show your determination. It is very important you write something about the place you are applying as you need to show them you have done some homework.

i think they mean like do some research on the company to show that you are keen and interested so you could include a bit about why you've decided to ask about work experience at that specific place
