UCAS work experience confusion

I'm attempting to apply for BIMM music university having already been recommended during my audition. I'm in a tricky position where I have no qualifications (having a tricky education with constantly moving schools) and no real work experience, but I have plenty of online experience with music production and I've done commission work for livestreamers, games and labels. Would this count or be relevant enough to include or am I basically screwed?

Here's the error message I'm getting: You cannot mark this section as complete because you have not entered any details of employment or qualifications. If you have/will receive qualifications please add one to mark the section as complete.

I've never had any part or full time roles unfortunately, so I'm not really sure what to do here. I've heard that I can apply VIA recognition of prior practice, but I have no idea how that works or where I can get started with that.

might be worth contacting ucas or the university about the issue

They might have misunderstood your lack of qualifications. It would be highly unusual for a university to accept a student for a degree without ANY qualifications at all. That’s why UCAS is designed to only have either qualifications or work experience.

You would almost certainly be better off taking an access to HE Diploma before starting a degree.
