Hi guys, so basically my husband and I got into a fight for the 4th time and he made me come outside of the house and escape to the next door neighbour. Then, my neighbour got involved in our case and he rang the police up on him and he got arrested and all of this happened 4 months ago. then the police officer and the CPS decided to put him through bail condition for 3 months. then all of the sudden they said they will extend his bail condition for one more month then they got rid of that decision and we were then able to contact him and be in touch with him. but unfortunately, he blocked my daughter and I from every social media that was possible and the text messages that we sent him directly were unsuccessful till now. He has told my mother through the call that they had that he wants to divorce me but I don't want to get divorced and I only want to get my rights from the home that I live in and I want him to come back, so now my questions are as the following: How can I make him stop selling the house?(the whole house is written under his name not mine and im his legal wife). 2)what will happen if i dont want to get divorced but he wants to? 3)what will happen if he never returns back home?. 4)shall I apply for child mainteance for my daughter as he is not living with us? 5)Shall I get a solicter to get my right of the house? 6)Can he sell the house without me noticing it and going out of the country?
