GCSE Mocks

Hi,

I have a religious studies GCSE mock coming up in January.

Its not so much the subject I'm worried about, its more sitting in an actual exam hall rather than a usual classroom per say. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for mocks in general, and if mocks are really that different from normal classroom assessments.

Thanks.

It's different due to the fact that invigilators actually walk up and down the exam hall not like sit down and not watch. One or two may sit down but the rest (like 3-4) will actually still walk around.

Honestly tho, still no talking/looking at other people. Plus people are about further away from you. It's like sitting next to someone in class, but there's an empty seat between you and the other person

also not allowed to go toilet in first n last 30 mins. U can ask for tissues and extra equipment but don't rely on them for the equipment.

Clear pencil cases and clear bottles with clear liquid (yeah u can technically bring vodka but the invigilators could probably smell it anyways)

Hi, Im also doing my rs mocks in january ive already done half of my mocks in november in the exam hall and for year 10 mocks aswell.

To me the sight of the exam hall was kind of overwhelming when first walking into a gym with rows of chairs, however after a few days you will be literally so used it that it almost feels as if your walking into a normal class. I would say just remember you seat number and listen to the invigilator
