Query on Grad Med and tution/maintenance loans

Hi guys,
I am wondering if I qualify for a tuition fee and maintenance loan entering Grad Med ? I believe I am eligible for a tuition fee loan, as I am an Irish citizen. Ireland is my residency for tax but I am currently living abroad in the US for research, and will be until I hopefully start med in 2026.

Hi there, if you're looking to apply for funding you'd need to be living in the UK for 3 years (including temporary absences), for three consecutive years prior to the start of your course and be living in England on the first day of the academic year. Thanks, Jason

So there is no funding opportunities for Irish citizens and tax residents pursuing grad med in the UK?
