Retainers
How often do people clean their retainers. My orthodontist said once a week (with the tablet they gave) but I'm finding that they're not fully coming clean then? Is it okay to clean more often?

yeah I would suggest cleaning them with water once a day, then for a deep clean you can pick a day in the week to clean them with the tablets of course use your toothbrush to scrub the debris whilst your cleaning the retainers

I clean my retainers thoroughly under running water after each wear with the retainer toothbrush my orthodontist provided me, and then I try to do a deep clean using the retainer brite tablets once a week.
