Failed one module in Foundation YEar

I just finished my final exam for the foundation year in maths. Unfortunately, I missed my mid-term exam because I overslept, which meant I got a score of 0 for that. For the final exam, I needed at least 60% to pass, but I think I only managed about 56%. This means I failed the maths module. But I passed all my other modules for the course.

What happens now? Will I be kicked out of university? I’m feeling pretty worried about it

Hi @i9riin

I would recommend getting in touch with your university to find out the next steps and whether there are any options for a retake. This process will be different for different universities so it is best to get in contact with them specifically.

Hope that helps!

Hi, did you get in touch with the uni about this? What did they say? I’m in a similar situation, I needed 60% in all modules to progress to first year but unfortunately in one module I got 54%. In the rest of them though I’ve gotten 60%, 75%, 90% and 85%. So just this one module has let me down :frown:
