Imperial as my fifth choice?
is it recommended to apply for biomed at imperial for my fifth choice as a medic? my gcses were 6 grade 9s and 4 grade 8s. i am studying bio,psych,chem alevels. and am predicted A* A* A. i would have a medic personal statement so im not sure if it would be clever to put imperial as my fifth choice because of how competeive it is. has anyone put imperial as their fifth choice and gotten an offer?

personally I wouldn't recommend that, it's already really hard to get into Imperial even when personal statement is exactly catered to the subject and isn't slightly different (like med for biomed). your stats are very good but even then Imperial is super competitive and it doesn't really make sense since your fifth choice should be a backup really rather than super aspirational, of course it's your choice but there's a very high chance of rejection
