Moving from Sixth Form to College. (Y12)

Sixth form is so detrimental to my mental health I genuinely cannot put up with this anymore. I'm at the point where I dislike my courses, I have no social life, and I can't keep up with the work. I really think if I continue down this path I'm going to end up losing it. Consequently, I'm looking at moving to college and doing an animal care course as this sounds like something I would enjoy. Has anyone had any experience of moving/ advice to give me?

I wish I could give an advice on moving as I did for my current yr, yr13 and it’s not the best compared to my former sixth form. As it is now I have no social life (as in friends) and have already accepted it and am even now loving it cause I do what I want without any inhibitions or distractions from ‘friends’. As for my subjects I absolutely love the three I do and moving has had no effect on how I cope with them as I simply continued my already built up habits. I have had some troubles however coping in class as I learn a bit differently coupled with having to cope with the teachers’ different methods of teaching. Overall I think it’s something you’d get used to and it would at least help if you’re studying what you enjoy
