This course is not accepting applications at this time.

I'm trying to add a course to my applications, but when I try to the course doesn't show up, and on its UCAS page it says "This course is not accepting applications at this time. Please contact the provider to find out more". I've made sure it's for 2025 entry, and all of that, but it just won't let me.

The course is Human, Social and Political science at University of Cambridge.

Have you contacted the provider to ask for clarification?

You've missed the deadline for Cambridge 2025 applications, it was the 15th of October.

The deadline for most applicants for Cambridge is the 15th October.

Are you a mature student applying to one of Hughes Hall, St Edmunds or Wolfson? If so, then there is a later deadline, namely 1st March 2025, but you must be applying to one of those three colleges as a mature student. This also only applies for certain subjects, though it seems that HSPS is included as one with the later deadline (see here: https://www.undergraduate.study.cam.ac.uk/apply/before/mature-student-applications ). If you are a mature student applying to one of those three colleges, then you should email the college to which you were hoping to apply. It is also possible that UCAS has not considered this fairly uncommon edge case. Note the admissions staff may be busy with interviews or have gone home for the holidays so their replies may not be quick.

If you are not a mature student, you have missed the deadline and would need to apply in 2025 for 2026 entry if you wanted to apply to Cambridge.

Edit: reworded for clarification
