They're all good options. I've made some brief comments below. Really, it depends where you want to live... three are in large student-friendly cities, but York is a much smaller/nicer/quieter.
Birmingham City: doing really good things at the moment, great staff. Relatively commercial in outlook.
Northumbria: has been a really well regarded course for decades. Relatively commercial in outlook.
Leeds Art: a big course but well run. Less commercial in outlook.
York St John: well run, does well in league tables but not sure about it's focus or quality of student work.
You won't go wrong, so don't rush into a decision - attend open days, visit the cities themselves, look at examples of student work (and don't necessarily trust what student reps on here say, they're paid to say good things).
