Midwifery Uni Interview

So I have been invited to an interview for midwifery, they said that the interview will contain:
a presentation about the course
a group exercise, facilitated by a midwifery lecturer and observed by an interview panel
an individual interview, with a lecturer, a clinician and a third year midwifery student

Any tips? What should i be prepared for?

I went to a similar interview recently, but for nursing. Be prepared to explain the role of a midwife, why you want to become a midwife and talk about your qualities, skills and relevant experience.

Also, do some research on the midwifery course offered at that particular university and prepare a few questions to ask at the end.

In terms of group exercise, on one of the exercises we were assessed on our communication and active listening skills. In other words, they were observing how we interacted with each other while discussing a topic. For example, how listened without interrupting, how we articulated our points and demonstrated respect for other people’s opinions.
