Work Experience

Im 15 year old guy, and in year 11. For the T level course i wish to do, i need 1 weeks work experince in an early years and education area. My only problem is that alot of places want a DBS check done (I totally get why!) but i can only get one if im 16 years+ . Does anyone have any suggestions on what i could do? *Id prefer to get experience in a nursery as i want to be a nursery worker)

Have you asked the college that has set this requirement what they suggest? It’s their requirement and they’ve likely had this (or a similar) issue before so could be able to give you advice to remedy the situation 🙂
