Citizenship coursework GCSE

I'm planning on doing citizenship, however, I'm certainly curious, what amount of coursework, so I've heard from others, is involved and to what extent does it impact my GCSE?

What exam board?
I did OCR GCSE citizenship studies and there was no coursework at all- we did an ‘action project’ where we had to do research and collect data from our local area on an issue but this was exam assessed as we had to treat it like a case study and write about it in the exam.

hey! year 11 here, im OCR and there's no coursework. I love the gcse, if you're interested in politics then it's a must have. when it comes to exams, its a game and as long as you know that game you're set, all my mocks have been 9s with minimal revision once you learn your way around the markscheme. I say go for it!
