Order for my EPQ folder

I have finished writing my EPQ report (I did an artifact) and my teacher has told us that we need to place things in our physical folders but we havnt been told spicifically what. (OCR Exam board)
I have
my report, (13 pages)
reflective diary, (10 pages)
source analysis, (10 pages)
feedback responces from participants, (3 pages)
emails from the exam board and teachers, (2)
my presenation, (12 slides)
scripts, (Aproximatly 30 pages)
Gantt Charts. (10 pages)
Do I need to print all this off and put it in my physical folder or could I just keep some of it online.
I have asked him but his response is not clear and I am worried to ask him again.
Any help would be great. Thank you

The physical folder is what youโ€™ll hand in as your โ€˜finished projectโ€™, so you need to print off and include everything that you want marked. This includes notes and reflections etc as this is evidence of your project management and organisation.

Oh thank you. So I hand in all copies and versions of everything (though probably not all my old versions of consent forms)?

Yes - or at least the old versions of anything you think they should mark (e.g the old version of your report to show how you edited it based on the feedback given, but probably just the completed version of your research notes).
