I have submitted my documents, received a conditional offer and my deposit has been paid at the University of Sunderland, what's the next step, it has been some months now without hearing from them. Any suggestions??

If it's a conditional offer, then they would be waiting for your exam results, so yes, it will be quiet until the build up to when you receive them.
Accommodation and visit days would likely be at some point in the new year as well.
