i got 5/5 offers last year (2023/2024) and kings was the slowest in sending the offers, i got it in late april or June. and theyre so slow with everything like interviews and stuff

do you know if you have to wait to get emailed about doing the test or is it somewhere on the website?

ucl are kind of brutal with the way they go about it though. usually, if you dont get an invitation to test or an offer, they dont send you an email about it they just reject you on a random day really suddenly.

Hello, I’m just wondering what made you choose UCL over KCL in the end? And what is the test that some Pharmacy students may have to do? Does it have a name? I’m in Year 12 now so I’m wondering if that is something I should worry about from now?

UCL is the only uni that I know of that has a test to do their MPharm course, but there may be others. If you get an invite to do the test, it's basically them acknowledging that you meet the criteria to be accepted onto the course, but they want to know more in depth on your skills and thought process. Those of us who took the test were told we can't speak about its contents to make it fair for everyone else applying to the course, but if you look up something similar to "UCL Pharmacy Test Prep" there are a couple videos that explain it quite well if ygm?

After the test, they can then invite you back to do an interview in an MMI format like most other unis do. They all have pretty much the same topic areas like ethical judgements/situational scenarios, basic science and maths calculations, motivations for becoming a pharmacist, e.t.c.

for anyone who applied to both UCL and KCL, what made you pick KCL over UCL?
