UCL is the only uni that I know of that has a test to do their MPharm course, but there may be others. If you get an invite to do the test, it's basically them acknowledging that you meet the criteria to be accepted onto the course, but they want to know more in depth on your skills and thought process. Those of us who took the test were told we can't speak about its contents to make it fair for everyone else applying to the course, but if you look up something similar to "UCL Pharmacy Test Prep" there are a couple videos that explain it quite well if ygm?
After the test, they can then invite you back to do an interview in an MMI format like most other unis do. They all have pretty much the same topic areas like ethical judgements/situational scenarios, basic science and maths calculations, motivations for becoming a pharmacist, e.t.c.

Thank you so much for your response. Does everyone who holds an offer for UCL Mpharm have to do the test? Can they reject you if you perform bad in the test?

Usually, they don't give out offers until applicants complete the test and the interview. So, they decide based on your predicted grades and ps whether they think you will qualify and be a good fit. If you qualify for it, then they will give you an offer to sit the test. They can then reject you based on these results or invite you back for an interview. Then, based on the interview, they can either reject you or give you an offer.

It's basically just an overcomplicated selection process of 'rounds'. So round 1 = test, round 2= interview, and then if you do well in both you get an offer.
