How to learn Higher Maths by myself in 5 months

Hi, I have a higher maths exam in five months, I did well at national 5 and I've watched a few videos but I'm not confident. Has anyone else done this? And if so, how??? I know I should get into a routine but what sort of things should I be doing? Thanks, Sorry : )

Hey,
So I actually already did my maths exam a year early in year 10. Here are a few tips:
-I would say to buy flashcards, it covers a lot of topic, if not then all of the topics.
-What I did is a bunch of past papers and I would go through it once (timed), then go over the question that I couldn't do and understand the basic concept. Then I would try with other numbers.
-Its difficult to do paper without explanation, that is why I watched tutors on youtube going through past papers etc.
Any further things, let me know.

That was pretty much my plan but the flashcards are a solid shout, will definitely buy some! Any particular tutors online you’d recommend? The tricky part is learning the course, revising and doing past papers is alright for me. Thank you!! : )

Practice, practice, practice. Past papers and exam questions on topics you're weak on, as maths is problem solving you can improve by doing more of it

Physics and maths tutor is great, however there are videos on how to solve/walkthrough of papers in either mathsgenie or corbettmaths, can't remember. However, there is also a guy on youtube who predicts thr paper and does the questions himself. I think his name on youtube is The GCSE Maths Tutor.
Teachers recommended me mathswatch or hegartymaths, but it was kind of useless to me, i couldnt understand their method. I was more of finding a logical way to do the questions.
If you need help with any questions, feel free to ask me.
If you want I can also provide a discord group with has people who answers your question by a day, let it be a level maths or gcse physics, you name it!

its already been mentioned but practice questions are imo the best way to go about revising. whether that be in your textbook, past papers or on websites like corbett maths or PMT, it really is the most effective
