Can I ask where you got data on student satisfaction from (league tables or somewhere else)? I've just had a quick look on Discover Uni, which has the course's answers on NSS (national student satisfaction survey). It does tell you that only 50 people answered the survey - which isn't that much (or very representative), since courses at the uni usually have around 300-ish students per year group - definitely nothing close to 50. When students fill out the survey, its completely voluntary so a lot of students actually don't end up saying their opinion! That's something to definitely consider.
Though, its definitely still useful to see what some students think. I recommend looking at the Discover Uni link as it details what specific things students are saying about the course.
In general though, as a non CS student who have friends in CS, I've never really heard anything too terrible haha.

Placed 32nd
69% isn’t bad but with surrounding universities on the ranking being mid 70s(for student satisfaction) it was just a bit concerning I guess as it stood out a bit.

Yeah no worries! I believe the NSS puts up their survey results online, and thats slightly more detailed than Discover Uni, but Discover Uni is good for pulling up data from lots of different sources
