TSR crashing

Hi, thanks for letting us know. That sounds a bit odd ☹️ Has this just started happening recently? When you say crashes, do you see an error message or does the page just reload?

Ok, thanks for letting me know. We've still had no luck replicating it but I'll see if the dev team have any ideas how to track it down.
Does the crash happen when you do something specific like click a button or open the notifications menu or is it just when you first go to a thread?

Can’t remember, I just think that it happens randomly but I can’t check this.

Thank you. I spoke with someone in the dev team and they think it could be something behind the scenes intermittently failing to load properly so we will try and track it down.
