Does anyone know how long does it usually takes for CTC clearance, what it entails and can you check progress?

Once you have filled in your forms, on average it takes around 10-12 weeks, im currently on week 14 wait. they check your background, a check of both spent and unspent criminal records and a check of Security Service records. Once your forms are done you can check the progress of your repot online
