“Settled” English resident; Fee status help please 🙏

Hi!
I’m applying to study at Edinburgh and was asked to fill out their fee status questionnaire.
I was born in England and have only ever lived there and have settled status under the EU settlement scheme. I recently got the result from the questionnaire and have been determined to have “EU/EEA Pre/Settled Scotland Rate fee” however I’m confused as I’m not a Scottish resident; I thought I would be assigned RUK status? Has anyone else gotten this result or is this some mix up? The Settled Scotland fee is £1820 as opposed to the RUK fee of £9250 which is a crazy difference.
