Depends very much on what the intention is going forwards. Things aren't good or bad in a vacuum. From the perspective of becoming a solicitor or barrister in the UK, doing a second undergraduate degree generally isn't something that's worth the time or money. But if an individual wants to become a lawyer in Africa, for example, then doing a second degree in an African university may be beneficial. Or not. I don't know because I don't know anything about how African countries recruit lawyers, but logically it could have some benefit. Equally, if the intention is to practise in military law or to secure a role as a lawyer within the armed forces, joining the airforce or enrolling in a specific scheme in that regard may well be a positively good idea. It all depends on the context and what the overall ambitions are.
