How to revise The Whale Rider IGCSE Edexcel Eng Lit

I'm doing the whale rider for the igcse exam in summer 2025, but my year is the first that switched to igcse edexcel from aqa so my teachers are all a bit clueless and people in the year above can't really help. Barely any schools do the whale rider as well so not much help on the internet, how did you guys revise for it to get a high grade (8/9) as I'm quite stuck between what to learn/memorise as there are so many possible questions? thank you so much
