Occupational health questionnaire
Hello, does anyone applying to uni of Manchester know what sort of questions this test would entail? What would be good for me to research .
Hi there. An occupational health questionnaire is not a test. It is purely there to understand your medical history (e.g. any health conditions that may impact on your ability to complete your course, vaccination history etc). You will be sent a questionnaire to fill in at home - you may need to ask your GP for a printout of your vaccination dates to help you complete this.
