It's just that my brother never had to go through all the clearing and stuff and got into a really good uni, i just feel like the lesser sibling kind of bcs ik I'm smart but my grades don't show it :frown:. thank you so much though i appreciate hearing from you
When I first went to uni, I was 20 years 9 months old. I'm now 41 and I'll finally graduate this year.

My daughter will turn 20 the day before she moves into halls of residence.

My son is thinking of doing an Access to HE course at 19, and then going to uni at 20.

My husband went to uni at 44 and graduated at 47 (last year).

There's absolutely nothing wrong with starting uni at 20. It's not old at all.

Basically, i am currently in year 13 and i don't even know how to explain but i feel so lost like nothing is working out for me. I was meant to be in Uni right now but got put in the year below since i moved countries and came back, which ruined my plans i had, now I'm not getting accepted into the uni i want to go to and I'm scared none of my 5 choices will accept me. and i don't know anymore what i want to do with my life like I've been wanting to do architecture since i was 6 and still kinda do but my plan was to take a gap year and travel and start uni at 19 but now I'll be 20 if i do that. if just feel nothing seems right for me right now ontop of that life confuses me in general recently. i feel so drained everyone is always in my ear with something I'm confused now so do nothing but want to have the energy to study and work but i just can't do it.

It's okay to feel lost and confused at times, nobody is expecting you to be exactly where you need to be at the age of 19. But it can feel awfully isolating when you're doing this alone, you did a really good job speaking about this, if these thoughts ever do lead to thoughts of suicide please get in contact with our HOPELINEUK advisors at Papyrus UK Suicide Prevention | Prevention of Young Suicide

The OP has already made it clear that there's no risk of suicide.
It's a bit weird to push the issue after that was already established.
