Atas delay does the uni defer your offer?

Hello everyone

I know most of us have been struggling with ATAS certification and long wait.

But did anyone course started while still waiting for it?
Did your Uni changed your program start date?

Is it ok to be late a week or two if its. postgrad program?

I am afraid I applied very late for my (almost 5 weeks before the start date) for ATAS compared to my colleagues and in a very busy time of the year with Christmas holidays so probably the working days are much less.

Please advise me what is the best to do just in case I haven’t got it on time!

Hi, I was supposed to start in November, but because of the delay with my ATAS certificate, I was not able to enroll. The university has given me an extension until January, so you are okay as long as your scholarship allows for this delay. (I am referring to my PhD.)
