Hey, I'am in year 13 and I applied to the Plymouth medicine course (A100) but I didn't get an offer for an interview. If I were able to exceed or meet the A level grade requirements (which I think is A*AA)on results day, will I be able to apply through clearing or would I needed to have gotten an interview first in order to apply through clearing? Would be very thankful if I could get an answer thanks!

Medicine is not likely to be in Clearing - but if you have already failed an interview, Plymouth would not reconsider you this admissions cycle anyway.
on the contrary, the switch from BMAT to UCAT this year means it is quite possible so work and get those grades because, as you appreciate, medicine clearing would typically necessitate top A level grades and not equate to clearing in the more conventional sense of the term

the switch from BMAT to UCAT
Please explain how this will lead to more Med places in Clearing.

it makes forecasting more difficult this first year, and hence there could be some degree of numbers of conditional offers likely to be met being less predictable for admissions teams -certainly not saying clearing is inevitable, and several medical schools operate well-run wait lists, but it’s better to offer some hope at this stage rather than making someone feel there’s no prospect of an offer ( based on last year there were a few spaces, though the ones at the first school to make the move from BMAT to UCAT still required high grades and scores for non contextuals) there were a few spaces at other UCAT schools last August, moreover …that’s all don’t overthink it!

The majority of Universities will not stage MMIs in the middle of Clearing and this is why they operate wait-lists of those they have already interviewed but who missed the cut for an offer.
Whilst any change in process makes place-prediction more complicated, Universities have a vast amount of experience of preparing contingencies to meet this sort of scenario and are not exactly beginners at bringing Admissions numbers in on target.
we can agree that it preferable to operate a wait list rather than to rely on last minute interviews post results and it was not asserted above that the ‘majority’ would be filling unfilled places in August

To be eligible for either UCAS Extra or UCAS Clearing, you would need to have been rejected or withdrawn from all 5 choices. Have you received replies from your other choices?
Extra will open in February and Clearing in July once Extra closes. As mentioned above, it's unlikely for Medicine to be in either Extra or Clearing but it's certainly not impossible as evidenced by previous threads which is why it's always worth a shot: https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=7497374
Application criteria are unlikely to change (in some cases they increase requirements) within the same application cycle, so it depends on why you were rejected. If it's down to not meeting entry requirements, then I don't recommend applying to the same medical school again for Extra/Clearing.
Plymouth had medicine with foundation and medicine in clearing this year.. not sure if you can reapply to a uni that already rejected you for the same course through clearing in the same cycle though

browsing that thread from last August reminded me how brilliant you were KA_P 🌟

I have received offers from Bangor and Brunel for medical sciences and biomedical sciences respectively, but I haven't replied to them yet. If I were to accept these two offers, would I not be eligible for UCAS extra or clearing?

Yes, that's true. To be eligible, you can't be holding any offers.
Before you make a decision, make sure you've considered whether you really want to study the courses you hold offers for. If you're aiming for Medicine in the long run, graduate entry medicine is a lot more competitive than the undergraduate route.
Have you considered taking a gap year and reapplying? This would be a back up option
