withdrawal

I have been notified that withdrawal action is beginning against me for my uni, I am currently a second year law student. I was unable to show up for majority of last year due to a battle with my anxiety that i have struggled to talk about for a long time. I had received a prior warning about my attendance and tried my best to show up, but wasn’t always able to due to my anxiety. I have recently been able to go to the doctors and talk about my problems finally although i admit it took very long to do so. I have put in for a sick note to be provided that will explain why my anxiety from attending term 1 and plan to use this as evidence for my appeal. I just want some advice if anyone has been through anything similar and if there is any other evidence or anything else that will support my appeal before i submit it? I really don’t want to have to stop my studies, i’ve been keeping up with everything through moodle the only issue was with attending due to my heightened anxiety last term. since being able to talk about it following the withdrawal email, I have begun to get help. Please can someone give me some advice.
