AQA Computer Science NEA

Hello everyone, I am currently in year 11 looking to take A-level computer science.
I have heard from senior students and seen several projects regarding their NEA. Recently, with the Christmas breaks and upcoming holidays as good opportunities, I decided to start planning for my own NEA. My friend suggested that I expand upon a project that I have done which was a CNN model that recognised and flagged cancerous moles. Should I try and develop this into a website, add analysis of different types of models, etc, or start with something else so that I can achieve top marks, since I already have a good 2.5 years ahead of me?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Go for it, its better you already work on your current CNN project and expand it even more bigger instead of wasting time at starting a new one. If you do expand it, there will be you spending less time on putting more work in to this as you will have to start everything again from scratch when your going to produce something else. I am also currently doing AQA computer science as well, but I do remember my teacher saying you get set this project on june - july time at the 1st year and the deadline is January. If you were to expand, I don't think that should take you very long than creating a new one instead.
