So tired of not being good looking/ being single
I see loads of guys around me getting in relationships and also having sex or whatever now I am getting older I kind of feel like I missed out on young love and long for a girlfriend but I am not good looking enough I don’t think so constantly get over looked by women and I am so tired of it.

Yes that would be a good start. Lowering the physical and metaphorical newspaper and talking to anyone and everyone around him.
To build up his social skills, his social circle and his social confidence.

idk if there's any hope for him at this point tbh. there are so many guys like him and even if a woman shows some interest in them, they always screw up bc of red pill brainwashing
