Where are people finding this upload button? I submitted for the November deadline but online it says my application is being considered for January. However, when I emailed the department, they confirmed that I am being assessed under the November deadline. I am wondering if this is why I don't see the upload button.

Self Service -> view full application detail -> supporting documents -> scroll to bottom and you will find the upload button
If your button disappeared, usually within 1-3 days you will get the result

I still have this button. If it’s disappeared that means they no longer need any new supporting document and they have made decision already

No, I have been waiting for it. Last year, the result was basically available around 4th. This year, I don't know why it was delayed.
