How good are City UoL at responding to emails/enquiries?
Just wanted to know how good they are at responding to enquiries submitted through their website? I'm only asking because I'm a little worried that they'll just never even see it due to all the stories I've heard of other universities not bothering to check them 
I'll obviously call them up if they don't respond within the allocated time but I was just wondering if anyone here has any experience with it

I'll obviously call them up if they don't respond within the allocated time but I was just wondering if anyone here has any experience with itIf you want a swift response to your enquiry, just call them. Even though you may have to wait in a queue, at least your query will be answered on the same day.
