as a victim of bullying, this makes no sense!
the fact that teachers have favoured people who constantly hurt me and because i am the victim i get treated unfairly and get in trouble for no reason at all

That is so unfair on you. Have you perhaps considered telling a different teacher would would not be bias or telling the head of year?

That’s honestly messed up. Teachers can not see what really going on and the were bullies pass off to the victim for their mistakes. Almost the system is failing you. Nobody is that awful to deserve that treatment, especially when you’re already doing so much. You should be heard and treated right. Maybe if you can, maybe talk to someone who actually gets it and steps in, because this shouldn’t be your job to fix this on your own.
