I need resources to self teach myself Islam for AQA GCSE RELIGIOUS STUDIES A 8062
I'm already learning Christianity at school. I asked to do Islam with Christianity instead of Hinduism (which they do at my school) because it would be much easier as I come from practicing Muslim family and I'm memorising the Quran ma sha Allah. head of department said thats fine as long as you make sure you are able to answer questions on everything in the specification.

Allahuma barik for memorising the Quran but in my school they gave a book and I practically memorised the full thing and got a grade 8 but I can’t find the book online. I’ll try to look it still

You have also got the iSyllabus Islamic workbooks by Zubeir Alvi (they have practice exams as well). First 2 books are slightly basic, but its designed to prepare you for GCSE Islamic Studies.

Hi, I self-taught myself AQA RS in Y10 and got a 9. I did ISLAM & CHRISTIANITY.
Here are all the resources I used to get a grade 9:
1) The No.1 resource are notes made by 'CSandRS' from stuvia (a website with revision notes). Just search 'CSandRS' in the stuvia search bar. They have high quality revision notes covering the full spec.for both islam & christianity as well as themes.
2) BEN WARDLE has a youtube channel with really good videos which I used for AQA RS.
3) Make sure you know everything on the AQA SPEC

The first resource you need is the bumbuclart AQA GCSE RELIGIOUS STUDIES A 8062 specification which will tell you everything you are expect to know.
