No. The only online platforms that I’ve seen that care so much about what language you post in are TSR and Reddit.
The rest mostly don’t care AFAIK and rightfully so in my opinion.

I'm not sure how to say this, but social media is kind of international and people use it in a large variety of languages, not just English. Many people also speak more than one language and kjnow people who speak these languages,
